the proposed action of the Virginia Board of Election will further destroy the integrity of the ballot by opening up elections to further voter fraud.  Non-citizens have no right to vote and should be prosecuted if they do.  Convicted fellons lose their right to vote and their rights should be restored only on a case by case basis.
