Voter registration should be a formal and complete process to ensure that people voting are actually qualified and who they say they are.  Any relaxation of rules is a move in the wrong direction.  We should make our voter registration restrictive.  Voting is a citizen's right and duty, but the emphasis should be on getting an accurate vote not artificially swelling the numbers by making it so easy that anyone, qualified or not, can register.
