I am not a felon.  I am not an undocumented alien.  I am a resident of Virginia and a citizen of the US.  Allowing felons and undocumented aliens to vote violates my civil rights.  The value of my vote is reduced to less than a value of one vote and that violates my civil rights.  The board members that voted for this are immoral, lawless and clueless as to what makes a constitutional republic.
