McAuliffe's Elections Board

Governor McAuliffe's proposed Executive Action on the 2015 Voter Registration Application form with his version of a undated form.  The updated form is to allow illegal aliens and felons that don't have their rights to vote restored.  The controversy is the ability of the registrants to choose whether they want to check a box stating whether or not they are: citizens, have a felony record, and have been judged mentally incapacitiated.

This new form is to allow non-citizens, felons and, those judged mentally incapacitated to register to vote and then to vote.  They will vote for whom they are told to vote for.

Voting is a privilege as well as a duty.  The Governor cannot use his position to do anyting except that which the people have the lawful right to do themselves.  We, the people, do not have a right to change the form or laws governing voter registration, so the Governor can not do this.  The Founding Fathers established "the people's law" not a "Ruler's law."  McAuliffe is setting himself up as a Monarch to destroy Virginia.

He is suppose to define our constituion not ignore it.  I say "No." I do not consent to "Ruler's Law."

The law McAuliffe is trying to change by changing the voter Registrattion Form
