The Governor does not have the authority to mess with election regulations.  I will lobby congress to prosecute any attempt to override Congress' authority in order to allow illegals and felons to vote in any election.  This is a blatant attempt to stack the deck in favor of the Democrats and is totally illegal and unethical.
