Please do not weaken the recent safety regulations placed upon abortion facilities and staff. As a registered nurse, I know that abortion is an invasive procedure that requires important safety measures. If a patient must have an abortion, then it should be performed observing these safety recommendations. The health of women having these procedures should be taken seriously and protected by law. The safety of the patient should come first, not the profit of the industry.
