Uphold Standards, Protect Women

Board of Health,

Guidelines which were instituted during the term of Gov. McDonnell are reasonable and necessary. Blood-spattered exam tables , a trained staff, adherence to Virginia parental consent laws, and quick access to a nearby hospital in case of complications, hemorrhaging, etc. are the least that must be monitored to lessen the risk of injury or death to the women being served at various facilities in the state. Would you want to have your pet treated or operated on at a veterinary clinic that was unclean and used bloody equipment and unsterilized needles" Pet lovers would be outraged and horrified! Why would you do less for human beings""

Please continue to enforce the standards and regulations that were already approved and implemented. The life you save may be your mothers, daughters, sisters, wifes, or your own. Martha Waltz
