Women won't stop seeking regulation of their reproductive systems simply because of a lack of legal resources.  There is no reason to prohibit someone from making decisions about their future or their body, or possibly forcing them to make unsafe decisions because they cannot access safe facilities. Please let women finally make their own decisions about their bodies.
