I've had to use almost every type of medical facility since I have lived in Virginia. This includes a couple of different women's reproductive health clinics and never had to worry about my health or safety. Imposing these regulations is not only dishonest, but just a thinly-veiled attempt to make abortion-related healthcare (a constitutional right) harder to obtain for the women of Virginia. These regulations call for renovations that would have no bearing at all on patient safety! Quit trying to circumvent Roe vs. Wade & attempting to make an already horribly difficult choice even more difficult.

I sincerely urge members of the Board to do what is right and preserve access to Constitutionally-protected medical care.  The Board should not use their power to enforce underhanded, politically-motivated regulations that would have disastrous repercussions for the healthcare of Virginians.  Repeal the TRAP regulations.
