I urge you to do away with these harmful and medically irrelevant regulations. They will not improve the safety of abortion procedures in any way whatsoever- being that they pertain only to architectural requirements- and will jeopardize access to abortion and other reproductive health services. You must do what is right for Virginia- and that means getting rid of these spurious regulations.
