Keep the Current Regulations
The current regulations were adopted in 2012 in response to numerous health and safety violations at abortion facilities in Virginia.
There is no new evidence sufficient to support changing the current regulations.
The current regulations are reasonable and necessary to protect the health and welfare of women who use these facilities.
