Please reject the proposed amendment.  The proposed amendment would require an onerous amount of paperwork in order for teachers to adhere to the requirements.  Such documentation will take valuable time away from classroom instruction.  Certified teachers are trained to discern what is appropriate for their students and classroom instruction.  Trust them to make decisions about materials and allow them to address concerns with parents and students when and if they arise.
