TRAP is a bad idea if you are only regulating abortion clinics. You had better apply the very same strict regulations to every single oral surgeon facility, too.  Look at what has just happened in Tulsa, Oklahoma! Make sure Virginians are safe in every single medical outpatient facility, not just abortion clinics.  Any outpatient facility associated with tissue, blood, surgery, must meet the highest standard.  To apply strict regulations to only one type of facility is to fail to protect Virginians. If you support TRAP, you are giving in to an agenda that is not worthy of an educated board member, but perhaps of someone who is being strong-armed by a politician with aspirations of furthering his career on the backs of women.  Women will remember this in the voting booth.
