Where's the equity?  Outpatient plastic surgery procedures, some gruesome stuff, are performed in facilities not subjected to the TARP regulations.  Why is this?  Because the TARP regulations are not about women's health, but about restriction to abortion.  If these regulations are adopted, we'll have yet another Cuccinelli-inspired, taxpayer-funded lawsuit in which the AG tries to defend the undefendable.  Stop the attack on women, and stop the attack on science.  Reject TARP.
