Women need more access to affordable, high quality health care, not less.  Currently throughout Virginia, there are women's health care centers  which provide excellent care including not only birth control, but also cancer screenings and  sexually transmitted infections treatment.  They are providing safe legal abortions.  Implementing the TARP regulations will close some clinics and limit many others.  These clinics provide services to those who are young or poor or uninsured.

Please stop the implementation of TRAP regulations as written.  I experienced the health care system before such clinics existed.  Please do not return us to those conditions.  Please amend the regulations so that they are based on the medically approved process of evidence-based health care rather than individuals' beliefs and values.  All Virginia's women deserve access to affordable and adequate medical care.
