TRAP regulations

It is extremely important for healthcare for all of the citizens of the Commonwealth to remain affordable, safe and accessible. This includes women’s healthcare.

Look. The elimination of abortion shouldn’t be done through back-door regulation, strangulation of the legal rights of women without a democratic say. This is a democracy. If people want to outlaw abortion, put the law in front of the voters by way of referendum. Plainly, simply, “would you like to outlaw abortion?”

The legislature needs to STOP CHIPPING away at our rights, imposing regulations that have no medical basis.

Legislators act as if the citizens, men AND women, cannot think for themselves and should not be allowed to be a part of the decision process. Please tell the Governor, the AG and the legislature that we are well informed enough, smart enough, to know our needs, to know our rights. Don’t impose the TRAP regulations. Instead, let’s bring the debate out into the open so we can see democracy in action. What are THEY afraid of???
