Roe v Wade gave women a constitutional right to safe, legal abortions. TRAP regulations are designed purely and simply to deny women the opportunity to exercise those rights..they have nothing to do with womens health, and were promulgated specifically to shut down women's health centers. As a husband and father of two daughters, I do not want my wife or my children to be forced to birth babies which endanger their own lives or that they have not planned for and cannot take care of, and resent the actions of Gov McDonnell, Atty General Cuccinelli and others in forcing their version of morality down our collective throats. Restricting access to legal abortion will not stop abortions, it will merely drive them underground where women's health will most surely be endangered.
