The proposed regulations are not intended to protect women or increase the safety of their medical care.  Their only purpose is to try to circumvent Roe V. Wade and make abortion functionally impossible in the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Abortion is a safe, LEGAL medical procedure that the women of Virginia have a right to access.  Keep politics out of healthcare and do not certify these burdensome, unnecessary regulations.  Thank you.
