Board of Health ruling on abortion providers building requirements

Please show Virginians that the Board of Health actually is independent of political pressures and makes its decisions based solely on medical science.  The proposed regulations of buildings housing abortion providers is clearly unsupported by health safety concerns.  It is also highly unusual to propose drastic changes in physical assets already performing their function without safety problems.  Nor is it usual to require existing structures to meet code changes; if it were, all structures would be under constant remodeling.  Your original decision to exempt existing facilities from the current regulations (absent total refusal of the regulation) was the correct one.

Please don't crumble before the radical bullying of the Attorney General, who is driven by political ambition, not the supposed need for increased health safety.
