Please approve these regulations to protect women who seek abortions so that all women will receive a minimum gurantee of safety and health standards. Do no allow people like Kermit Gosnell and Leroy Carhart to profit by threatening women's lives and reproductive furtures in Virginia. any one who cares about women will care about insuring that they receive at least  a minimum quality of care from all medical practicioners; people performing abortions should be no exception.
