Please make permanent the abortion facility regulations already approved by the Board of Health.  Women need these regulations for their protection and it is clear from the many violations already uncovered that these facilities are not regulating themselves.  When a medical facility involved in surgical procedures lacks basic sanitary safeguards and access to a gurney for emergency medical transport services, women are put in danger.  This is not "freedom", it is unnecessarily exposing vulnerable women to very real dangers, including infection and even death.  Protect women in the Commonwealth by upholding these commonsense measures that can only raise the standards of an industry that seems more interested in profit than in really helping women.  Thank you.
