Any clinic or medical facility performing medically invasive procedures in Virginia should be regulated according to a uniform standard.  This is only common sense - medically invasive procedures carry a larger amount of risk to the patient, and require additional protective measures should something go wrong because of the nature of the procedures and the potential damage those procedures carry, as opposed to non-invasive procedures.  De-politicize this area by requiring the additional safety measures, standards and oversight to ALL facilites that provide invasive procedures!
