Targetted Regulations of Abortion Providers are discriminatory. These regulations serve no purpose other than to regulate abortion clinics out of existance. There is no other medical industry that performs similar procedures, such as dentists offices, that are subject to these extreme regulations. These were passed knowing that the 23 abortion providers in VA would have to spend extreme amounts of money in order to either update their already prestine buildings, or buy new spaces.

Many of these clinics already follow the high standards set forth by the Abortion Care Network, Planned Parenthood, American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, or the National Abortion Federation.
 

These regulations do NOT protect womens health. They serve to drive abortion out of the state, and pregnant women to the back-alley.
