While I am opposed to abortion, it seems like a no-brainer to me that locations where surgical procedures are performed should have the same level of safety and sanitation as other surgery centers.  This is a public health issue, regardless of your feelings on abortion.  If we are going to have abortion clinics in the Commonwealth of VA, they should be at the same standard as other surgical clinics.
