Better Regulate - Houses of Horror exist

Of course stronger standards in care in abortion facilities are needed for women. People take pets to vet. clinics with strict standards for care and regulations. Dental offices offer the same. People even go to ear piercing shops that are required to have standards and regulations too. Why all the fuss over making a facility, that offers procedures having to do with a female's reproductive capability, keep certain high standards? When there are flimsy regulations, abortion providers can create their own standards (see example in PA http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504083_162-57575640-504083/dr-kermit-gosnell-murder-trial-abortion-provider-medicated-women-based-on-their-ability-to-pay-prosecutors-allege/). Are the opponents really concerned for the woman as they claim to be? To me it appears that those that oppose offering a standard in women's care are more concerned with protecting the "art of abortion" and, perhaps, keeping it affordable, than really protecting the best interest of the woman who enters their facility.  Of course, if they were really concerned for the women in crisis, they wouldn't be offering abortion services in the first place...
