I am in favor of the regulation for reasons of medical safety and maintaining a sanitary environment.  Yes, I deeply oppose abortions except in special circumstances (i.e. rape, incest, etc.).  I do believe in a women's right to choose however I feel that if they made better choices, there would be no need (or at least a minimal need) for the tens of thousands of fetuses aborted each year.
