Do not make any restrictions on abortion provider's facilities. They know what is appropriate without having to be told. Adding regulations would only hurt those who most need family planning and abortions services. If you must add regulations, do so ONLY IF YOU ALSO PROVIDE FUNDING TO RAISE THE UNWANTED CHILDREN FROM BIRTH THROUGH AGE 18. Otherwise your regulations would equate to an unfunded mandate at the expense of unwilling parents, and that isn't right.
