please grandfather in abortion clinics under old regulations

Abortion can be safely and legally performed under the old health care regulations,.  There is no medical need whatsoever to subject abortion clinics to any higher standard of regulation. The new regulations will probably force most of the abortion providers in the state to close, so that women seeking abortions will have to resort once again to the back alley abortionist.

I believe that the sole purpose of this law is to restrict the rights of women to have access to legal abortions during the first trimester, and is, essentially, and effort on the part of the Virginia government to restrict the rights of wome to control their own reproduction.  This is  hostile act towards all the women of this state, and an effort to give them a lesser status than men

Reproductive control  is the lynchpin of freedom and equality for women.  Furthermore, it is constitutionally protected through the first trimester of pregnancy.  If legislators really valued the health and well being of the women of this state, you would keep abirtions safe and accessible for Virginia's women.
