The abortion industry keeps decrying the expense that they will incur in order to comply with the regulations in question. As always, the abortion industry is more concerned about their profits than safe care for Virginia women. It goes without saying that anyone whose profits are directly linked to the number of babies they kill would not be expected to be too concerned with the LIFE of another. If someone will kill my baby for money, with my permission,  would I really expect them to deeply care that much about my own life, as to self regulate? Hence the common sense NEED for oversight by another party.

Please do the right thing and support these regulations. Too many women have died in the hands of abortion doctors in recent years.
