I applaud this Department of Health effort.  As long as federal courts prohit states from preventing death to the unborn, Virginia should ensure the upmost safety at facilities that allow such disregard for life.  Virginia respects all persons from when they are formed to when they die.  Facilities that kill should be regulated to ensure respect for children.
