Once again, the women of Virginia are forced to try to convince the Health Dept that these TRAP regulations are just another attempt by Bob McDonnell and Ken Cuccinelli to wage war against women and their access to affordable, high quality health care.  These regulations restrict access to ESSENTIAL health services especially for the young, our low-income citizens, the un-insured and minority women.  Women need MORE access to affordable health care, not less.
