To The Health Board Committee: Vote no on the TARP regulations and get on with your more important work. Even if the TARP regulations get passed they will be eventually overturned with so much time and effort wasted. Vote no and we can go forward and together work on the issues that are important. Please halt these devisive regulations. They are not the will of the people.
