To whom it may concern,

It is my understanding that regulations are soon to go into effect regarding abortion clinics and that these regulations are being imposed without appropriate consideration of costs and benefits.  I am puzzled why an anti-regulatory Administration would put regulations into effect that will increase costs and, potentially, the shutdown of businesses.  I am wondering whether a regulatory impact analysis, including a cost benefit analysis, was performed. Please provide the results of the analysis leading to the regulatory decision.
