Please enact the health and safety regulations for Virginia's abortion centers.  These centers have virtually no oversight and are performing invasive medical procedures with no one checking to see if the facilities are clean, equipped for emergencies or acessible.  Women utilizing these centers have a huge disincentive to report any incidents that occur in one of these facilities because they don't want to make this information public.  Please keep these regulations for the safety of the women using these facilities.
