I have noticed many people are complaining about "limitations" to women's health care by these regulations. TRAP is not meant to just get rid of abortion clinics, but to hold them to the same standards as all other medical facilities. Many abortion clinics are putting women's health at risk and the Virginia government believes medical facilities should protect women rather than risk their health. Health care is defined as the "restoration of health" and the government and I believe all health care facilities, including abortion clinics, should need to be held accountable for not doing so.
