These are unnessary regulations obviously designed to put abortion cinics out of business, to deprive women of a safe means of obtaining abortions.  Abortions do not go away if not available safely, ie, legally;  they just go underground where anyone can do them under any conditions.  See the 1950's when I was a teen.  See other countries where abortions are illegal.  Illegal abortions become the #1 cause of young women, sometimes leaving their many other children motherless!  Ectopic pregnancies are not treated, putting women's lives in danger.  Or unwanted children come into the world, causing the mother greater stress, resulting in the rampant child abuse we see.  Therefore, do not put these regulations in place.  There is no evidence that they are necessary for any reason, except to force the religious beliefs of some onto everyone.  Women can make these decisions with the help of her doctor, her God, not her legislator!
