In light  of documented Department of Health safety inspection violations, it seems that regulations are needed for more accountability in the areas of sanitation and staff training by the clinics under discussion. Any health care facility with this kind of record should welcome regulations to encourage responsibility in what we feel is an already heartbreaking situation.
