Kindly reconsider the unnecessary restrictions imposed by TARP. It is targeting poor women in our state; their only recourse for reproductive heath care should not be closed due impractical and arcane rules and regs. Higher courts will undoubtedly strike this down, leaving me to wonder what our legislators true priorities are. All VA women must have affodable access to their health care practitioners.
