These new regulations are a cynical attempt to make it more difficult for women to get a safe abortion in Virginia. They do not serve any other rational purpose regarding safe health care. In using these regulations for political ends, the governor is subverting the purpose of government oversight which was designed to actually make medical care safer and more available.

These regulations should be seen for what they are and opposed.
