The above-referenced NBC news story is from September 2012.  The abortion clinic director from Richmond who was quoted said that all the "deficiencies" found had been corrected.  Just this week, new records are being released to show multiple, recent violations at  clinics all over the state.

You would think that advocates for "women's health" in Virginia would be up in arms about "improperly stored fetal remains," bloody stains on examination tables, recovery cots and on equipment used to collect the patient's own blood.
