TRAP laws are unconstitutional

TRAP laws are means specifically to eliminate abortion services for women, not to provide higher safety standards for their care.  They are based not on medical information, expertise, or need, but instead upon subjective, and frankly bigoted reasoning that seeks to control women's bodies and their reproductive choices.  It is an embarrasment for TRAP laws to even exist, as they make demands on those serving women and men who need vital reproductive care that are not made on any other professional, and it is a clear dismissal of scientific, medical, and mental health information.  Everyone knows these laws are a joke, from the people who are most negatively affected by them to those who simply do not care about the severely dire consequences of them for women and in fact are seeking to limit women's health as much as possible.

They are also unconstitutional, as they place an undue burden on doctors providing care, as well as undue burden on women seeking care that they are ENTITLED to under Roe v Wade.

I urge you to reject TRAP laws and show that you can make decisions about your constituents that reflect your care for safe, legal abortion care, which is, quite simply, medical care, as well as for the many family planning and screening services that TRAP laws would eliminate.  Prove to them that you make decisions based on rationality, logic, fact, and not on subjective, repressive opinion.

Thank you for your time in reading this.
