Agencies which are Faith Based have a right under Federal and State Law to make decisions based on their religious beliefs, i.e., marriage and famiy life.  This right must be preserved.

Also what about choice?  Shouldn't a person who makes the ultimate decision to give their child up for adoption have the assurance that their religious beliefs will be followed?  Why else would they choose a faith based agency?  Please don't take their right to choice away.
