Please put children's needs first;  that is, children need stable and loving homes, people who care about and will nurture them.  Make sure that all people who put children's needs first, who are willing to love and nurture and raise them, will be allowed to do so.  Please do not cowtow to the hateful agenda of a portion of the population whose insecurities distort their vision and prevent them from putting childrens' needs above their own fears.
