It is truly a shame that you would allow for children, who currently are without loving parents and a great home, the opportunity to be loved, even if it is by a same - sex couple.  There are so many children out there that just want an opportunity to be able to have parents that love them.  Same-sex couples should have the same opportunities to have a child that they too can love.  To deny them or a child this is just ridiculous.  Please change your guidelines and allow everyone the same rights to be able to adopt.  They should be able to have the same opportunities and the same outlets to have a family of their own.  Take away the state regulations and leave it to the birth parent. 

Everyone should have the same chances to be able to love a child and call that child their own!!
