I have lived and voted in Virginia for over 30 years.  I strongly urge the State Board of Social Services to approve regulations that prohibit discrimination based on age, gender, family status, or orientation.  Prohibitions of that sort keep innocent children in the foster care system and are inherently anti-family.  Thank you for your attention in this manner.
