Preserve Religious Freedom

Faith-based child placement agencies have a right, under federal and state laws, to make decisions that are consistent with their religious beliefs, including their beliefs on marriage and family life. Many prospective adoptive parents, as well as birthparents, also hold these beliefs. Forcing agencies and individuals to follow these discriminatory regulations is a clear violation of religious freedom in Virginia. Faith-based agencies provide vital services to our communities. They must be allowed to continue their great work without governmental intrusion.

Please continue to preserve our religious freedoms by rejecting any regulations that discriminate against faith-based agencies, and our families.  Thank you.
