Religious liberty is the foundation of our nation and our Commonwealth.  Faith-based agencies have a right, under federal and state law, to make decisions consistent with their religious beliefs.  We must respect and preserve this right.

To all the nay-sayers and discrimination criers:  there do exist non-faith-based agencies that can be used if you do not agree with the religious beliefs of the faith-based agencies.

Faith-based agencies provide vital services to our communities.  They must be allowed the fundamental right to continue their great works without government intrusion.
