Faith based agencies have a right under Federal and state law to make decisions that are consistent with their beliefs, including marriage and family lifestyles. This right should be respected. The State Board of Social Services correctly upheld these rights on April 20-2011.  birthparents and adoptive parents hold these beliefs as well.  Religious freedom is the backbone of this country, stop taking our rights away from us.
