Professionally and personally, ome of the finest foser care and aoptive parents I have seen are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, or Transgender.  Discrimination hurts and demeans the children by making them political pawns.  The children's best interests must come fit.  It is is in their interest for Virginia to have a large and diverse poll of loving and responsible candidates for foster and adoptive parenting.  Thank you
