Regardless of how one feels about homosexuality and homosexual marriage, the issue at stake is these regulations is religious freedom.  Faith-based organizations have the right to conduct their ministries consistent with their religious convictions.  When these agencies are placing children for adoption, they should not be required to compromise their sincerely-held religious convictions in order to continue to provide services to the children of Virginia.
